City of Lewisburg Center Green Space Renovation RFP
The City of Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, is soliciting sealed bids for the City of Lewisburg Center Green Space Renovation project through Chapman Technical Group as the issuing engineering office. The work generally consists of replacing and enlarging the existing plaza area, adding a brick seat wall, installing pole lighting and ground-mounted landscape lighting, and constructing new curb ramps and asphalt pavement, with the City completing limited demolition of the existing plaza prior to construction. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2026, and sealed bids will be opened publicly on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
