Nurse Practitioner (Request for Proposals)

Description: The Nurse Practitioner shall provide the County with medical and public health consultation and services regarding a variety of areas and programs when required including, but not limited to: treatment of tuberculosis patients; review of hearing and vision screening exams; patient treatment during communicable disease outbreaks; review of records for the Physically Handicapped Children’s Program; coverage for the County Diagnostic and Treatment Clinic when the County Medical Director or their substitute is unavailable; and, provide medical and public health consultation as needed by the County from time to time.
