HHS proposes a sole-source follow-on under the Federal Supply Schedule to the competitively awarded Financing for Early Care and Education Study task order. The work would complete analyses of data collected under that order, conduct a follow-up survey, and support additional early-care-and-education provider data collection as agency needs arise. SAM.gov lists this as an active Special Notice—not a grant program or competitive RFP—with responses due October 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
