Nuisance Abatement - Demolition of Structures - 3836 Mordecai Lane, Mobile, Alabama 36608 (Request for Quote)

Description: Provide a wet demolition & REMOVE ALL STRUCTURES at the address indicated above, and as described in the attached photos and general notes provided, including all footings, slabs, etc. (FIELD VERIFY) Disconnect and cap off all utility lines, such as sanitary sewer, water, and gas, in a manner satisfactory to the respective agency and the City of Municipal Enforcement Department. Contractor shall clear lots by removing all debris resulting from the demolition of structures and all debris as designated in piles, scattered or otherwise on the sites. Contractor is to provide Sediment and Erosion Control measures, grassing, and Best Management Practices for Demolitions where Lead-Based Paint and/or Asbestos containing Materials may be present, per specifications.
