Procurement of demolition services for structures, including wet demolition, utility disconnections, debris removal, site clearing, and environmental control measures, located at 1203 Oak Lane Circle W, Mobile, AL.
Provide a wet demolition & REMOVE ALL STRUCTURES at the address indicated above, and as described in the attached photos and general notes provided, including all footings, slabs, etc. (FIELD VERIFY) Disconnect and cap off all utility lines, such as sanitary sewer, water, and gas, in a manner satisfactory to the respective agency and the City of Mobile, Municipal Enforcement Department. Contractor shall clear lots by removing all debris resulting from the demolition of structures and all debris as designated in piles, scattered or otherwise on the sites. Contractor is to provide Sediment and Erosion Control measures, grassing, and Best Management Practices for Demolitions where Lead-Based Paint and/or Asbestos containing Materials may be present.
Nuisance abatement & lot cleanup. Scope of work includes - mow and weed-eat inside and outside the properties, remove all inoperable vehicles, including vehicles with flat tires, remove all inoperable mowers, including mowers with flat tires, missing parts, completely remove and properly dispose of all privacy fencing in disrepair, including the cattle-panel fencing, cut back and remove tree and brush debris from all public access ways.
