NSU Flood Control Project ( Request for Qualifications )

Nevada State University (NSU) is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide professional services for design of an armored channel/berm system, associated drainage facilities, and a mass grading plan to provide 100-year storm event flood protection for the campus. The scope includes environmental assessments, geotechnical investigations, hydrologic and hydraulic drainage analysis, berm and mass grading design, and preparation of construction bid documents, with coordination required with City, County, and State authorities. The selected firm must have experience in high-liability design work, subsurface investigations, drainage channel design in arid environments, and delivery methods including General Construction and CMAR.
