Specifically, street which is approx. 13' +/- wide (width varies) will be demolished to earth subgrade which includes asphalt pavement, base materials, and any additional subgrade earth materials as required to meet the proposed elevations for the new pavement section described in these documents and as illustrated on the drawings. Contractor shall grade and widen the proposed two-way road to 26' wide from back of curb to back of curb.
