Sealed proposals must be delivered to Rockland Green's offices at 166 S Route 303 West Nyack, NY 10994 and will be accepted until August 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time, with a pre-proposal conference scheduled at the HHW Facility on July 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The RFP may be obtained from Rockland Green's offices and proposals should be plainly marked "RFP-2026-01 Enclosed" with the proposer's name and RFP title; Rockland Green reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
