NOTICE TO PROPOSERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 702-27_SANTA'S VILLAGE DWELLINGS

Description: The City of Richardson shall accept electronic bids through Bonfire or sealed Proposals for RFP No.702-27 Santa's Village Dwellings until December 1, 2026, prior to 2:00 P.M. Central Time. Proposals shall be received in the Purchasing Division located at the Richardson City Hall, 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd., Suite 525, Richardson, Texas 75082. Proposals shall be opened and read aloud on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. ONLINE via Zoom. Solicitation documents are available to be downloaded at no charge through Bonfire HUB. A voluntary pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2026 @ 2:30 P.M., at 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd, Suite 525. Nonmaterial changes to the request for proposals and any extension of the date for submission of proposals and the date for bid opening will be communicated through Bonfire HUB via addendum.
