Description: Construct an approx. 25' x 50' pre-engineered addition to their existing fire station. scope of work is expected: Construction of an approximately 25’ x 50’ pre-engineered steel addition. Construction of a timber framed decontamination room with training room above. Select concrete removal for installation of a drainage system in the existing truck bays. Removal of a portion of the asphalt and concrete parking area and new asphalt pavement and concrete dumpster pad. Installation of all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC utilities. Installation of a 32” x 67” fixed pane window in the kitchen.
