Description: Santa Clara Valley Water District is issuing an advance RFP notice for the sale of three water-system securities series: Series 2026A refunding revenue bonds, Series 2026B taxable refunding revenue bonds, and Series 2026C taxable revenue notes. Electronic bids for Series 2026A and Series 2026C are due August 25, 2026, at 7:45 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. California time, respectively, while Series 2026B bids are due September 9, 2026, at 8:15 a.m. California time. This is a securities-sale solicitation rather than a grant program; Preliminary Official Statements and Official Notices of Sale will be available through the identified municipal-market services or by contacting the district’s municipal advisor, and Valley Water may change the sale dates with notice.
