Notice of Intent to solicit a single source – Fish and Macroinvertebrate (Nekton) Monitoring (St. Johns River)

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to contract on a sole-source basis with the Fish & Wildlife Research Institute for fish and macroinvertebrate (nekton) monitoring in the Lower St. Johns River and selected tributaries in northeast Florida. The work will expand long-term sampling in selected tidal tributaries and coves and continue sampling upstream of Julington Creek. Monitoring data will support assessment of channel-deepening effects on nekton assemblages in critical estuarine habitats.
