Description: NOAA's Marine Operations Center, Acquisition, Accountability, and Analysis Branch intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with The Pacific Pilotage Association of Canada for maritime pilot services during NOAA Ship Fairweather's transit through the Canadian Inside Passage.
