Notice of Intent to Sole Source

Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to replace the end-of-cycle TIMS 2000 SP medical cart used by the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System. TIMS Medical, a division of Foresight Imaging LLC, is identified as the exclusive manufacturer, and Foresight Imaging LLC is identified as the only authorized distributor for the trade-in program. This active special notice is not a formal competitive solicitation, but responsible and capable parties may submit a capabilities statement by August 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time.
