It is the intent of the WWDB to build and maintain a high-performing and comprehensive workforce system that will help the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) participants address and resolve problems they may encounter while attaining the education and/or skills needed to find and keep employment and advance in the workforce. The system will align services with local labor market needs and connect participants to community programs.
