Description: Naval Sea Systems Command announced a contract presolicitation—not a grant—to issue multiple sole-source orders through September 30, 2026, under AEGIS Weapon System BOA #N0002421G5102 to Lockheed Martin RMS. The anticipated orders cover air control panels, air removal assemblies, AEGIS Combat System support equipment, waveform generators, dry air panels, Aegis Linear Processing System technology-refresh equipment, and other AEGIS spares, support equipment, and related engineering services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1 because Lockheed Martin is identified as having the required proprietary expertise, technical data, and knowledge.
