Description: This active federal special notice, not a grant program, announces the Department of the Air Force’s intent to award a sole-source contract to Circa Inc. for UPS battery cabinets and 12 months of associated service at Tinker Air Force Base. The requirement includes emergency response, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and technical support for Eaton equipment, which the Government determined only Circa Inc. can provide as the authorized distributor in Oklahoma.
