Notice of Funding Availability and Request for Proposals New York State Section 8 Making Moves Program ("MMP") Statewide Administrator

Description: The New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) is soliciting proposals through a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to select a single statewide administrator and technical assistance provider for the New York State Section 8 Making Moves Program (MMP). The selected applicant will manage and disburse federal funds to five local community-based mobility programs across nine New York counties and provide comprehensive mobility counseling to help Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher families move to well-resourced neighborhoods with greater economic and educational opportunities. The award covers a five-year period from 2027-2032 with an option to extend for an additional five years through 2037.
