NOTICE CITY OF YALE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROJECTS AT YALE CITY HALL AND DPW GARAGE

Description: The City of Yale, Michigan is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for projects at Yale City Hall and the DPW (Department of Public Works) Garage. City Hall projects include HVAC upgrades with replacement of RTUs (minimum SEER 22 or higher), high-performance glazing of windows up to R-7 insulating value, replacement or tinting of front windows, fiber brush seals on entry doors, roof insulation, and LED lighting conversions. DPW Garage projects include a mini-split system for the office, insulation of heated bay areas, a tankless water heater, and conversion of all lighting to LED. Individual bids are accepted for listed items.
