The work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: Site preparation and excavation as necessary; Preparation and compaction of the base; Forming of the 14' × 28' concrete area; Installation of 6" thick concrete; Installation of wire reinforcement throughout the concrete slab; Proper placement of control/expansion joints as appropriate; Finishing the concrete with an appropriate exterior, slip-resistant finish; Removal and disposal of excess materials and construction debris; and Restoration and cleanup of the surrounding work area upon completion.
