North West Street Extension Phase 2

Description: The project consists of approx. 1,500 LF of roadway extension including waterlines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and other miscellaneous items. Work includes 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 3,320 CY of roadway excavation; 18,000 SF of asphalt/gravel drive removal; 6,650 SY of subgrade compaction; 1,290 CY of aggregate base; 510 SY of pavement planing; 955 CY of AC base course; 340 SY of 12" asphalt grindings drive; 310 SY of 9" concrete drive (commercial); 2,790 LF of concrete curb and gutter; 75 LF of 6" waterline with granular backfill; 500 LF of 12" waterline with granular backfill; 2 Ea 12" gate valve; 1 Ea fire hydrant assembly; 775 LF of 8" sanitary sewer with native backfill; 190 LF of 8" sanitary sewer with granular backfill; 1 Ea 8" sanitary sewer cleanout; 4 ea sanitary sewer manhole; 250 LF of 12" storm sewer with granular backfill; 870 LF of 24" storm sewer with granular backfill; 1 LS seeding and mulching; 1 LS erosion control.
