North Lawndale Apartments Renovation *REBID

Description: Interior and exterior renovation of the apartments. The Harding Apartments consist of a three-story masonry structure with Level 1 concrete floor slab, Level 2 & 3 wood floor joists and wood truss roof. It is approximately twenty-six feet (26') from grade to the roof edge at the east, west, and south facades. The main entrance is located at the east elevation and accessed via a sidewalk from South Harding Avenue. There are currently 18 residential units, 6 per floor, accessed from a new enclosed interior stair from the primary entrance and a new rear stair.
