Includes 1,500 LF of erosion log; 800 LF of fence (plastic); 190 CY of unclassified excavation; 530 CY of type h void-filled riprap; 23 SY of removal of sidewalk; 23 SY of concrete sidewalk; mulching; seeding.

DESIGN-BUILD Trail Paving project for the State of Vermont Military Department (State) at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont. This project’s location is a portion of Castle Trail. The location begins approx. 1,000 F east of range 5-1 and ends approx. 4,500 F east of the start point. This project consists of but is not limited to providing design services and construction for paving Castle Trail from local known stations 36+50 to 81+50. The existing road is gravel, approx. 20 F wide, and has some areas greater than 8% grade. There are approx. 1,000 F of RAP Switchbacks.

Project includes the construction of a 10-foot-wide concrete regional trail extending from West Temple Park to Prairie View Drive, as well as a 6-foot-wide concrete trail segment within West Temple Park. The work also provides for two rest stations equipped with appropriate site amenities to support trail users.
