North and South Transit Facilities Fixed Route Services

Description: The City of Phoenix Public Transit Department is seeking sealed offers under RFP PTD26-004 for fixed-route transit operations, maintenance, and facility-support services at the North and South Transit Facilities. The two facilities support approximately 70 percent of Phoenix fixed-route bus service, a combined fleet of 347 buses, 36 routes, approximately 15 million service miles annually, and average monthly ridership of two million. It is a goods-and-services RFP with an agreement commencement date of July 1, 2027, a five-year term, and one possible two-year City option.
