Description: The City of Bridgeport Housing & Community Development (HCD) is soliciting Requests for Funding Proposals for the Non-Congregate Shelter Development Program (NCS) to select qualified development teams and homeless services providers to acquire, rehabilitate, or newly construct non-congregate shelter units.
