NOFA - Youth Homeless and Housing Services Program- Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Funds. Serve as a subrecipient administrator of the Youth Homeless and Housing Services (HHS) Program (HHS Program or Program). The City seeks a single subrecipient to engage, house, and provide eligible supportive services to unaccompanied youth and young adults twenty-four years of age and younger and administer the Program (Services). Eligible supportive Services include, but are not limited to: case management, emergency shelter, street outreach, and transitional living (Eligible Supportive Services).

The Regional Housing Council (RHC) is requesting information about planned affordable housing projects from qualified agencies. Projects will be reviewed and considered for placement into a 36-month (three (3) year) affordable housing capital projects funding schedule (Affordable Housing Capital Pipeline).
