DESIGN-BUILD: Sump Improvement project includes the installation of four 60" reinforced concrete pipes. Additionally, it consists of installation of four (4) proposed slide gates, plugging and abandoning an existing 60 inch RCP culvert, relocation of an existing 48 inch Storm sewer, demolishing of existing upstream headwall, installation of inlet and outlets structures, excavation of embankment section, slope protection, channel protection, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, and roadway pavement repair.

Design-build project to include – replacing all of the windows; replacing the main entrance storefront, vestibule and doors; replacing the main entrance canopy; replacing secondary exterior doors and associated frames; connecting all doors included as part of the existing access control and security systems; cleaning and repairing the retaining walls at the front of the building; cleaning all concrete walks and ramps; repairing or replacing all damaged concrete walks and ramps; repairing or replacing all railings, and guardrails; installing new bike racks; making improvements to the plaza/courtyard on the south side of the building to include new landscaping and exterior furniture; installing new exterior lighting; cleaning the south elevation; repaving and restriping the staff parking lot; and installing a new landscaping solution. City of Vista
Design build of building c improvements: existing building is approx 4000 SF and will be expanded to include approximately 1400 sf of additional area. The building interior will be remodeled to include, but not limited to, offices, restrooms, training area, locker rooms, conference room, laundry room and kitchen, with preservation of the hvac system which is relatively new. The building will also include a grid-tied solar photovoltaic (pv) system intended to generate 100% of the electrical energy used at the facility. The building exterior will be renovated to match the adjacent building a which was completed in 2021.
