NJDCA 2025 WALKING PATH IMPROVEMENTS – TUOMEY PARK AND CRYSTAL POINT RFP

Description: The Township of Ocean is soliciting sealed bid packets for the NJDCA 2025 Walking Path Improvements project at Tuomey Park and Crystal Point. The work includes site clearing, tree and brush removal, grading, installation of DGA and a stone-dust surface course, concrete sidewalk, erosion and sediment control, and restoration, with completion required within 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. This is a construction procurement funded through the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, with the contract intended for the lowest responsible and responsive bidder; it is not a grant application.
