Description: Temporary erosion control, tree protection, temporary fencing, clearing/grubbing, excavation, grading, pavement demolition, concrete paving, site furnishing installation, fabrication & installation of interpretive signage and artwork, and landscape restoration for a loop trail. The base bid includes the complete site preparation, fabrication, and installation of kiosk signs, wayfinding signs, and artwork. Additive Bid Alternates One-Six (1-6) includes plant ID signs. Bidders shall be qualified for the type of work proposed.
