Description: Provide services of an independent consultant team to conduct a ferc part 12d inspection for a comprehensive assessment(ca) of project works of the robert moses-niagara power project, evaluation and identification of any actual or potential deficiencies that might endanger public safety and the provisions of written reports prepared by the ic team pursuant to the federal energy regulatory commission (ferc) requirements as outlined in the schedule of services.
