New Taxiway C & Airport Roundabout

City of Medicine Lodge

Project will replace runway and taxiway lighting and replace and relocate REILs and PAPIs. This will include new conduit, base cans, wiring, a new vault enclosure and regulator. Replacing the beacon light is an alternate bid item.

Town of Elkin

Apron expansion includes, sediment basins for primary erosion control, approx. 58,000 CY of embankment in place, approx. 1,200 LF of storm pipe, approx. 2,300 CY of crushed aggregate base course, and approx. 2,300 TN of asphalt surface course (S9,5B). Partial parallel taxiway includes, sediment basins for primary erosion control, approx. 57,000 CY of embankment in place, approx. 1,500 LF of storm pipe, approx. 2,100 CY of crushed aggregate base course, approx. 2,100 TN of asphalt surface course (S9,5B), and edge lighting / signage for the new partial parallel taxiway system.

Provide replacement of deteriorating taxiway and apron pavements.
