New Roof Installation At Highlandtown Wildlife Area (RE-BID)

Description: Work includes complete removal of the current roof, underlayment, and drip edge; once shingles and underlayment have been removed, the wood roof needs to be inspected for any wood rot and damage. This inspection must take place with the contractor and a division of wildlife employee to review all sections of the roof. All rotted and damaged wood must be replaced. Installing owens corning ice and water shield along all horizontal edges, around two plumbing vents, one furnace vent, and one electrical vent. Installing new drip edge to match current siding.
