Silver Lake Restroom Roof Replacement
This project consists of removing and replacing the silver lake restroom timber framed roof structure that was damaged in the winter of 2023. Work includes the removal of existing roof framing, protecting in place all existing amenities, disconnecting, salvaging, reinstalling all ceiling mounted electrical, and reconstructing the roof as shown on the plans and in the specifications.

Fords Lake Dam - Dam Rehabilitation Project
The Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), on behalf of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Fords Lake Dam Dam Rehabilitation Project located at 1455 Fords Pond Rd, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 in Lackawanna County. The project involves general construction work to repair and rehabilitate the 17-ft high by 225-ft long combination earthen dam at Fords Pond, including sequencing construction on the roller-compacted earthen dam and existing spillways, controlling water from the existing dam structure during construction, and reinforcing concrete and dam joints on the existing spillway, with an estimated cost range of $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 and 270 calendar days duration.
