New Construction of Ivy Tech Community College - Bloomington Office Remodel RFP

Description: Provide comprehensive services for the construction, renovation and conversion of an existing administrative open work space into a modern open office workspace, to include the construction of meeting rooms, privacy pods, an executive office and waiting area for students and employers. The office space is designed within the existing building constraints using the college standards as a basis of design. The space allocated is approx 3,580 sf on the second floor of the ferguson academic building.
