Ivy Tech's 2026-2030 Strategic Plan aims to redefine the community college experience and set a national standard for transformative student outcomes. The plan focuses on four strategic pillars: Academic & Instructional Quality, Career & Transfer Pathways, Student-Centered Journey, and Innovation & Future Readiness. It seeks to deliver high-quality learning experiences, ensure clear and relevant pathways, provide a seamless student experience, and operate as a sustainable, future-ready institution to empower every learner for lifelong success.

The Board discussed committee reports including audit updates, workforce realignment, and new applied AI programs. Enrollment figures and student retention data were presented, alongside a contract for an early childhood workforce initiative. The Board reviewed financial reports, including the FY2025 financial audit and ongoing budget updates. Marketing initiatives, including recent advertising success and platform strategies, were reported, alongside a decision to dissolve a subsidiary nonprofit. Multiple facility-related contracts were approved, including construction, custodial services, and utility easements. Finally, the Board received a State of the College report highlighting recognition as a top U.S. community college and personnel transitions.

Additionally, the Treasurer provided a fiscal update, and the President delivered the State of the College report, emphasizing student success initiatives and economic contributions. The Board concluded by approving new campus trustee appointments.
