Neumeyer Park Soccer Complex

Description: The City of Bennington, Nebraska is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of the Neumeyer Park Soccer Complex, a new athletic facility located northwest of the intersection of N 156th St and Kempten Creek Dr in Bennington, Nebraska. The project includes grading, sidewalks, street parking, a parking lot, irrigation, turf grass, landscaping, and four new natural grass soccer fields, all to be delivered under a single contract. The project is funded in part through FY 2024 Community Project Funding (CPF) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and bidders must comply with applicable federal civil rights, equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, and Section 3 requirements.
