Consists of the engineering/design, manufacturing/fabrication, testing, delivery, and installation of new power transformers, also includes the furnishing and delivery of spare parts, per the bidder's recommendation. Confirming all measurements used for the design and installation of the new transformer. The manufacturer shall field verify all information provided on the drawings and in these specifications. Weighing the fully assembled oil-filled transformer shall be requested at the time of the factory acceptance test (FAT); performing the engineering and design per the requirements stated in the standards, specifications, technical data requirements, and other requirements, including but not limited to design to the specified characteristics for equipment or components such as bushings, control cabinets, surge arresters, terminal connections, tap changers, etc. See attached file.
