Network Modernization Project RFP

Description: Nevada County is soliciting proposals for the supply, licensing, and deployment of an enterprise network access switching solution to replace its aging access-layer infrastructure. The project anticipates approximately 90 switches, with a planning range of 80–100 units, across data center, campus, and remote County facilities, including design, installation, testing, cutover, documentation, support, and staff training. The solution must support centralized management, integrate with the County’s existing security stack, and provide a foundation for access control, segmentation, and a progressive Zero Trust security posture.
