NEMT Medical Transportation

Description: The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), through its Materials Management Office, is soliciting proposals on behalf of the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) for a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) solution for the state's Medicaid program. The selected offeror will coordinate, manage, and deliver NEMT services to South Carolina Medicaid members across the state, supported by twenty attachments including certifications, contract template, pricing schedules, historical volume data, and Milliman rate development. Proposals must be submitted through the SCEIS portal by 11:00 AM EDT on September 14, 2026.
