Neighborhood Engagement Services (RFQ)

Seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide language access services and multilingual community engagement support for the plan area vii neighborhood planning process. Plan area vii consists of benton park west, dutchtown, gravois park, marine villa, mount pleasant neighborhoods. This request for proposals for multilingual engagement services is issued in coordination with two companion requests for proposals: (1) the plan area 7 neighborhood planning consultant and (2) pop-up and space activation services. Together, these procurements are intended to strengthen and enhance the neighborhood planning process in plan area 7 through coordinated, inclusive, and place-based engagement strategies.
