Needs Assessment and Planning Study for Karen Magnussen and Ron Andrews Community Recreation Centres

Description: The District of North Vancouver seeks a qualified multidisciplinary consultant team to conduct a service and space needs assessment and an options and feasibility study for renewing or replacing the Karen Magnussen and Ron Andrews Community Recreation Centres. The study will assess recreation and community service needs in the Lynn Valley and Seymour service areas and whether the existing facilities can continue to meet them. It will evaluate facility investment options, priorities, timing, affordability and sequencing, and identify further planning, investigations and approvals required before capital projects proceed.
