Deaf Community Needs Assessment

Description: Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities seeks a contractor to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment of Ohio’s Deaf community to inform future programs, services, and policy. The assessment is to examine immediate and long-term needs, including access to services, interpreting and communication, employment, education, housing, independent living, health, community connection, technology, and advocacy. The resulting report is intended to identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve support for Deaf Ohioans.
