Work consist of residential rehab. Work also includes roofing, install new stairs to the front of the home , ada also provides details on landings, lengths, slope, and handrails, the foundation appears to be sinking or settling in the hallway between the two bathrooms. Preform a leak detection, replumb where needed, jack up or support the wall as needed, secure the hallway wall and repair the damaged drywall, replace the hallway and bathrooms flooring as needed, adjust, repair or replace the interior doors that are not closing.

Home rehab. Scope of work includes - Replace the rotten wood as required and prep to install new metal fascia and freeze on main house. Install new metal fascia, freeze and vented vinyl soffit with associated trim on house. Repair and replace front porch posts, the fascia vents, dryer gas vent, secure dryer vent and kitchen vent. Insulate the chase plumbing and HVAC lines on the exterior; see attached file.
