NCWD GI Partial Roof and WTP Generator Gutter Rebid

Description: The Niagara County Water District is soliciting sealed bids from contractors for Contract No. 26-1R, the GI Partial Roof and WTP Generator Gutter Replacement (Wendel Project No. 31462606). The scope includes roof replacement at the Grand Island Pump Station and installation of new metal gutters, downspouts, snow guards and gutter guards with electrical connections for a heated gutter system at the Williams Road Treatment Plant generator building, plus an alternate for expansion joint replacement at two doghouse wall connections. Sealed proposals must be received by the Administrative Director Ms. Jennifer H. Bieber at the NCWD Service Center, 5450 Ernest Road, Lockport, New York, by 11:00 AM EDT on August 13, 2026, with project documents available on or after July 9, 2026 via the Avalon Plan Room.
