Description: Barnhill/T.A. Loving, a joint venture operating as Construction Manager at Risk, is seeking to pre-qualify construction and specialty trade contractors for NC Global TransPark Phase 2 in Kinston, North Carolina. The project includes three additional buildings serving C-130, P-8, and HH-60 aircraft, including approximately 140,000 square feet of MRO hangars, a 30,000-square-foot DLA building, and 60,000 square feet of support facilities. Interested contractors must complete the web-based pre-qualification application by Friday, September 18, 2026, and only bids from pre-qualified bidders will be considered.
