Navarre Beach Event Hall and Boardwalk Complex

Description: Construction of an Event Hall and Boardwalk that will include the following support facilities: a. Event Hall: 6,523 SF conditioned space and 3,973 SF exterior support space under roof for storage, maintenance workshop and public restrooms. b. Retail Buildings: 4 retail buildings at 851 SF each total. Two of the retail buildings will be divided into 2 separate shops at 420 SF each. c. Public Restrooms: 4,353 SF d. Dune Walk-Over: 6’W x 296’L wood walk-over with shaded areas for viewing and framing for billboard or signage with and 5'W x 147'L of ramp. e. Boardwalk: 15,791 SF all wood deck walkways connecting the various support facilities. See attached file.
