Description: The City of Seattle, through Seattle City Light, is seeking proposals for the Native Salmonid Conservation Facility (NSCF) Westslope Cutthroat Trout (WCT) Spawning Matrix and Database Support Project. The consulting-services solicitation is a sealed, non-private procurement for a four-year effort supporting the facility’s spawning-matrix and fisheries-management database through December 2030.
