Nationwide Flexible Coworking Services RFP

Description: To provide flexible coworking space nationwide. The firm shall have an online booking system where Government employees can quickly select a workspace from an online system and/or from a mobile phone application. In addition to having access to both private and shared offices and workstations, Government employees should be able to utilize a meeting room on an hourly or daily basis. The space should be able, if necessary, to be segregated from certain parts of the vendor’s general operations, or at times operate autonomously. The firm shall provide management for each location. Management duties include, but are not limited to providing, uninterrupted internet, office support, oversight for the online booking platform, monthly usage reports to GSA, and billing based on actual usage. Specific management services may vary per location and are subject to localized requirements and offerings. Management does not include IT support for government furnished equipment.
