Description: The Contractor must provide seamless integration of personnel across several functional areas, ensuring continuous coverage during all core operating hours (0900–1700 daily). Key capabilities include: Program Management & Administration (SIN 541611): Overall leadership, quality control, scheduling, and risk management executed by an on-site Program Manager (Key Personnel). Visitor and Guest Services (SIN 561320 / 561320SBSA): Front-of-house operations including Greeters, Visitor Assistants, and Event Coordinators to manage high-volume public engagement, safety stewardship, and facility crowd control. Education and Public Programming (SIN 611710): Curriculum-aligned STEM and history programs facilitated by an Education Program Manager and Program Assistants. See attached file.
