Work includes replacement of an existing EPDM roof membrane (approx 102,768 SF) with a true 80-mil, mechanically attached PVC roof membrane. The existing 4" layer of Polyisocyanurate insulation shall remain in place and an additional 1" thick layer of polyisocyanurate insulation shall be installed in addition to a ½” thick high density cover board to provide a minimum overall insulation value of R-30.
